We are pleased to announce the launch of a new BRCGS training course: Culture Action Planning.

Project Description:

½ day workshop – to develop a culture action plan and steps for implementation; to develop a culture action plan and promote culture excellence within the organisation; Provide a crossover of culture action and change management principles.

• Demonstrate how to create a culture action plan

• Demonstrate how to steps to implement the product safety culture

• Develop a communication model to cascade the product culture safety of the organisation to external/ 3rd parties and cascade to internal permanent and temporary personnel (all levels) considering all/any locations
• Plan continuity of culture with staff, seasonal / part- time staff
