BRCGS Pre-Assessments
In addition to providing BRCGS training PMC provides BRCGS pre-assessment training services. We analyze whether the requirements and systems are properly implemented and whether documentation is in order. PMC pre-assessment can be treated as a “Mock Audit” – identifying nonconformities in auditing the system against BRCGS standards. We check on various issues and prepare the company for the final audit system by:
- Ensuring the implementation of the requirements
- Developing a continual improvement scheme
- Corrective actions after Gap analysis
Our expert consultants will assess the site preparation and its working and operational structure, including management. A report will be prepared for independent audits related to food safety management. These pre-assessments are ideal for the companies heading towards an accredited audit or the BRCGS global scheme.
